Finishing your ski season and transitioning to a spring activity:
Rest:
Take a minimum 3 - 5 days off from physical activity at the end of the ski season.
Review:
Spend a little time thinking about this ski season. Write down some notes on the following items:
Enjoy the sun:
The sun is getting higher in the sky every day. Enjoy the light and the warmth. It will be shorts and sandals weather very soon.
Build strength:
If you're serious about skiing, you need to be maintaining and developing your endurance and strength almost year-round. This doesn't mean you have to be roller-skiing and hill-bounding 12 months a year. Volleyball, soccer, tennis, baseball and swimming are all great athletic programs. Join a team and be a committed member!
To make the most of your spring or fall sport:

- What did you accomplish? Be specific, include both big and small items
- What part of the season did you feel strongest? And the weakest?
- What was your biggest improvement in skating form? In classic form?
- When did you have the most fun this season? Be specific
- What are you most proud of with your season? What are you least proud about?
- Review the Team Goals page, specifically the bullet points for your next season
