Summer Intensity Camp - Trip (July 16th-19th)
Summer camp is for athletes that have reliable work ethic, are healthy, communicate with coaches and have the capacity to roller ski and hike distance. This trip involves significant amounts of roller skiing and hiking and at times skiers are a considerable distance from support. 1st and 2nd year skiers are invited. Personal maturity (e.g. Positive attitude) is also a big component and requirement for trip success.
Trip cost is $60 for trail fees, lodging, and food provided. Additional money needed for stopping on the way up on Sunday and back on Wednesday.
Sunday Morning: You will need to have breakfast in you or with you to eat in the vans. I recommend a snack to eat in the vans.
You are limited to one checked bag, one carry-on, sleeping bag, pillow and sleeping mat/pad.
